The Business Space

The Business Space offers 16 individual studios and was set up in 2002 as an incubator unit to create affordable workspace for new & established fashion & textiles companies.
It offers a variety of managed studios with special features including:

* Unlimited basic Broadband Access (Free)
* Access to communal equipment & facilities
* Close proximity to the Designer Forum (including Trend Library, CAD systems etc)
* Easy-in / Easy-out License Agreements
* Strong networking & business community

Based on Lower Parliament Street in city centre Nottingham, the Business Space specializes in providing support to businesses working in the fashion & textiles industry and has been home to companies involved in a range of design and innovative product areas, such as designer fashion, historical costume, corsetry, accessories, designer interior products, swimwear and specialist manufacturing.

The Business Space is run by EMTEX Designer Forum who have many years experience supporting fashion & textiles businesses. They have also assisted many award-winning & successful companies through the Business Space & other projects. They have also gained recognition for the Business Space by both regional & national government.
