Sustainability Talk by Sustainability Special interest Group/Textile Institute

Every two weeks in June the Sustainability SIG will be highlighting different aspects of sustainability, bringing together speakers from different sector areas. Each event will consist of two speakers and will take place in a different town or city.
The first event will bring you an up-date of the UK Government’s Sustainable Clothing Roadmap presented by WRAP, and through a presentation titled ‘Sustainability Trends within Fashion: The emerging need to know more..’ MADE-BY will cover the desire for transparency and the need to manage risks - understanding what all the social codes and certificates mean and how MADE-BY work with brands to take a holistic step-by-step approach to sustainability.
