From 1st January 2013 Emtex have restructured the association and moved the focus from Design back to clothing and textiles. We aim to continue to support individuals and companies through a wide range of membership services.
As a result of this restructure of Emtex we are able to offer all East Midlands based clothing and textile companies 1 years free membership worth £75.

With a range of projects, services and deals, there's an abundance of support for business's, EMTEX will be in a position to help.

Business Support:
• Business Development and mentoring, 1-1 assistance
• Trade advice /importing and exporting
• Health and Safety Advice and support
• Employment and Legal advice
• Training and skills development
if you have a problem or need advice/ help you get the initial support free for one hour and thereafter it’s an agreed chargeable rate of £25/hour.

• Tailored Sourcing: from our large database of UK suppliers, manufacturers, services, and overseas suppliers.
• Grants: Help and advice in applying for grants and funding support.
• Venture Capital: access to small loans.
• Networking and Events: Industry related events, seminars and workshops on hot business topics, with plenty of opportunities to network with relevant industry contacts, preferential rates for members.
• Recruitment: Direct recruitment emails go out to over 5000 trade contacts for as little as £50 + VAT. (£100+VAT non members). Free to receive just register with us.
• Promotion: individual and company members appear in our online directory and have a profile on our database. We can also feature ads for members in our enews (1 free per year for members £30 thereafter)
• News: stay in the picture with our enews, with promotions & industry news.
