More and more companies are continuing to invest in training their employees in response to the economic climate.
Research show that businesses are 2.5 times more likely to survive if employers train their staff.
If you want to improve your organisation’s productivity and maximize your competitive advantage, you need to make sure each of your employees has all the skills they need to do their job properly.
Train to Gain is designed specifically to meet businesses’ training needs. An initiative to raise the skill levels of people who are in work. The aim of the initiative is to have all skilled employees trained to a minimum of a Level 2 qualification. KTL will work with you to respond to your training needs for your organisation. We then put together a training plan that will offer a choice of training solutions for each employee. Subject to previous qualifications, these NVQ’s are fully funded or co-funded by the Government.

The achievements of entrepreneurial women from across the East Midlands were recognised at an awards ceremony, which took place recently at Pride Park, Derby.
Funded by East Midlands Development Agency (emda), the East midlands Women of Worth awards celebrate the achievements of forward thinking, inspirational business women from across the region.
The award for the Most Innovative Business went to Sam O’Regan, Managing Director of P&S Healthcare based in Hucknall. Established five years ago, P&S produce a wide range of high quality incontinence products and garments for men, women and children, all designed and manufactured at its facility in Hucknall.
Sam set up her business after identifying that there was a gap in the market for underwear that looked and felt normal, but provided the protection needed by incontinence sufferers.
EMTEX has been involved with P&S Healthcare from its inception and wish to congratulate Sam on this award.
